SSL certificates on all our ready-made websites (free)

All of our ready-made sites are being upgraded to https as standard instead of http for better security and search engine optimisation

Over the next few days, we're upgrading all of our ready-made websites with a free upgrade so that they all run on an SSL certificate. This means that all the pages on your site (even the pages which don't deal with credit card payments) are now securely encrypted when a visitor views them.

This has the following benefits:-

1) Google now prefers websites which are encrypted (so are https instead of http)

2) Customers will see a padlock icon on every page of your website (even those which don't deal with card payments)

3) Your customers should feel safer visiting your website

No further action should be required on the part of our clients. However if you're a client with one of our websites and you use Google Webmaster Tools then you'll need to change it to use https instead of http
